ABILITY TO USE MY CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT- FREEDOM OF SPEECH!!!
I’ve kept mcgreggorsback going since 2012, originally started the blog to keep the truth being put out, involving the Holmseth Case. The fall of 2011 Holmseth was attacked by both his ex baby momma and the fired attorney from the Haleigh Cummings case.. With much the same character, ruthlessness, and hate for Holmseth, some amount of jealousy from both women, meant to destroy Tim. After years of this plummeting by these women, Tim is finally no where to find.. Don’t bother searching, he’s not going to come out and be harmed again.. But having disappeared doesn’t mean these two women actually accomplished anything. The child involved is now grown and hopefully he managed to survive his mothers claws.. I think back and still can’t imagine what kind of mother would actually have her 5 year old child put into a mental institution because he ran away from her at school, and she had him chased down by police, thrown into the back of a unit and transported to the hospital where she glorified herself as a parent and this mentally disturbed boy that needed to be assessed in a mental unit. All with the intent of keeping the child away from his father.. And here this so called attorney encouraged and backed this action entirely.. In order to have Holmseth arrested in an attempt to remove information from the internet, this attorney wrote a 300 page complaint, threw everything but the kitchen sink into it, and filed it under the domestic violence act. Now, this is the state requirement for being allowed to file under domestic violence: **
DEFINING DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
Domestic violence, which is sometimes also referred to as spousal abuse, battering, or intimate partner violence (IPV), refers to the victimization of an individual with whom the abuser has or has had an intimate or romantic relationship. Researchers in the field of domestic violence have not agreed on a uniform definition of what constitutes violence or an abusive relationship. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) defines IPV as, “violence or aggression that occurs in a romantic relationship” [1]. According to the Florida Department of Children and Families, domestic violence is “a pattern of abusive behaviors that adults use to maintain power and control over their intimate partners or former partners. People who abuse their partners use a variety of tactics to coerce, intimidate, threaten, and frighten their victims” [2]. Domestic violence may include physical violence, sexual violence, emotional abuse, economic abuse, isolation, pet abuse, threats relating to children, and a variety of other behaviors meant to increase fear, intimidation, and power over the victim [2]. Florida law defines domestic violence as “any assault, aggravated assault, battery, aggravated battery, sexual assault, sexual battery, stalking, aggravated stalking, kidnapping, false imprisonment, or any criminal offense resulting in physical injury or death of one family or household member by another family or household member” [3]. Family or household members, according to Florida definition, must “be currently residing or have in the past resided together in the same single dwelling unit” [3]. Domestic violence knows no boundaries. It occurs in intimate relationships regardless of race, religion, culture, or socioeconomic status [2].

1. Tim Holmseth had spoken to this attorney on the phone, along with her husband numerous times.
2. They had emailed each other numerous times.
3. Tim Holmseth wrote a book, on the Haleigh Cummings case.
4. Tim Holmseth put information pertaining to the case on YouTube
5. Tim Holmseth, reported every issue and incidence, attack, phone harassment’s etc. on a website.
6. Tim Holmseth never met this attorney in person.
7. Tim Holmseth was not romantically involved with this person.
8. Tim Holmseth was never in Florida to be involved romantically with this person.
9. The case filed against Tim Holmseth that ordered him not to write or expose this attorneys name on the internet was obtained through her using the domestic violence act in Florida, which the case did not meet the criteria to be allowed to be filed. Both the Judge, the Court of Clerk, and the attorney were all aware that it did not meet the standards, since there were primary requirements to be met, and this case did not meet those requirements. This case was used to gag Holmseth, and when you gag a person to keep them quiet. That in itself shows something had to be hidden.. No one would go to this extent to shut a freelance reporter up, that they had encouraged to write about the story to begin with. What Holmseth wrote was the results of his investigation on the missing child.
10. Haleigh Cummings has been reported missing since February 10, 2009.. Her body was never found, no accurate information has ever been obtained from her babysitter, her father, her mother, her grandmothers, grandfathers. Law Enforcement in Putnam County, is still very quiet, no release of information has ever been obtained. But, I still believe the major point in this case came out in the spring of 2010. As of that 3 hour meeting between LE and the Family, a gag order was issued, LE stopped looking for Haleigh, she was removed from the amber list, and then returned to it.. All has remained without any information put out to the public. I would like to know if all donations were ended? We know that the family continued with their drug issues, arrest occurred in the fall of the year, for drug sales and usage.. And in 2011 Holmseth’s book hit the shelves, and all hell broke loose..
The attacks against me began, and the written threats to sue me began by that attorney.. All still set on this site.. I often wondered if she did decide to take me to court, would she use the domestic violence act? to do so she would certainly have to prove I’ve been in Florida, that we have been involved and living with one another and that I had abused her.. By the time we get through the crap, all will be exposed.. I still don’t think that person is aware that Holmseth really did obtain both the police report, the ambulance report on the Haleighbug center issue, that oddly enough is the same date as the written affidavit received from the sighting in Georgia. Another key to the case, the night that the child was reported as being kidnapped, At 2:30am a female deputy was sent to the home of this child, and no one was there. It was on the radio log, she immediately went to the home of the babysitters brother, up the street, and was talking with the brother at the time the call came in that the child had been kidnapped. She was being dispatched back to the house, she had just found empty. The written log is in the book.
Domestic Violence Acts Used:
There were three other cases where attempts to use the act were involved.. two were thrown out immediately, one made it through court, action taken against Holmseth by the Judge.. Yet, several years later, the case was discovered, thrown out and the Judge disbarred.. What does that tell you, we know when the court system that was abused finally reaches a point of discovery this case too will end up tossed, and the judge and attorney and court clerk will be held responsible. All action occurring in this case thereafter would be deemed poisonous fruit.
Fruit of the poisonous trees is a doctrine that extends the exclusionary rule to make evidence inadmissible in court if it was derived from evidence that was illegally obtained.
